Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization initiatives and manage a team of SEO specialists. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and analysts
  • Develop enterprise-level SEO strategies for high-value client accounts
  • Oversee multiple client SEO campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and strategy
  • Conduct advanced competitive analysis and market research
  • Present to C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and team efficiency initiatives
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SEO experience with 2+ years in management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading successful SEO teams
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required
  • Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client presentation and communication abilities
  • Experience with enterprise-level SEO implementations
